Pastas are plentiful, highlighted by the Garganelli Pasta made from Italian Semolina flour and eggs, coupled with fennel sausage made in house, charred broccoli, Calabrian chilies, and Parmigiano-Reggiano aged 24 months. There are vegetarian pasta selections as well.
